Is the consultation only online?
The initial consultation is usually conducted online. For all subsequent consultations, you can choose whether you prefer a hybrid consultation – a combination of online and on-site meetings at your location. For on-site consultations, travel costs in the form of a mileage fee will apply.

What is the range for on-site consultations?
A radius of up to 200 km is no problem for me.

How will the online consultation take place?
The online consultation will take place via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. The client will receive a link at the agreed time. Both video and phone conferences are possible. One advantage of online consultations is that they can be recorded upon request, and I can share my screen.

Can I book individual services?
Yes, you can book individual services. After the initial consultation, I will develop a tailored concept and provide you with the price for each service. The exact time estimate will be based on our discussion. My hourly rates follow standard practices and are also approved for BAFA consulting services.
